The best thing about this past week: Sun! Well, rain for the first five days, then glorious sun on Friday and yesterday.
Speaking of rain, we’ve had the second wettest season (starting Oct 1) in like, 400 years. At least we didn’t have to shovel it.
After a hard set of hill climbs yesterday with Dave and former pro and ace bike fitter, Michael Sylvester, (more about him in a future post), today was a leisurely 12 miles. Click on this icon to see our ride yesterday.
Stopped at OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry) for a photo of Big Red with a submarine and jetboat.
And had a nice view of the Tilikum Crossing Bridge.
Tip of the week: Best to wear glasses on rides. Always. Especially with more bugs in the air.
Took a big bug down my throat on Thurs. Maybe I should wear a mask too. Just kidding.
Cheers and be safe out there.
